The Show

Backstage, as the team prepared for the performance, I captured this moment, the purest act of immersing themselves in the upcoming stage and it hit me at a glance as it's simply stunning.

Surprisingly, people voluntarily devoted an inordinate amount of time and energy in this performance, which was not even considered a task to be done at work but rather a nice-to-have project accurately. They trained the movements every day after work, sacrificing weekends from daylight to midnight filming and post-production to complete the project on time for submission. What keeps the fires burning? And why is that so?

They had gone through adversity before entering the wonderful win, and other teams had also put in a lot of effort. So, did their prescient victory propel them to the top? I can't express it completely or I won't get the chance to ask the judges though. But I recalled how much fun we were having working on this project. Everyone has their unique abilities and gave it their best. One assisted with video editing skills and has been doing it as making his traveling lifestyle videos, another provided venues as his own luxury apartment luckily born child which he managed to initiate his own perfume business, and ones with strange acting instinct skills easily nailed our audiences applause. And none of us were professionals at these kind of events, so there were challenges, but we dealt with them with a positive attitude, we self-motivated ourselves and conquered them, and there might be other reasons but at least that's what I experienced while standing by them throughout the journey.

I'm sure there will be difficulties at work, problems in your personal life, and many more yet to come, but the question is which ones you choose to cope with.

Unfortunately, you should be aware that you won't always have the luxury of doing what you want, when it comes to living, life doesn't give a damn and the show must goes on. As a result, selecting the problems that you want to address may be the most fundamental factor in determining the path to take. And last thought, I hope that no matter what challenges or obstacles you face, you will remain loyal to yourself and remember to take care for your feelings as well.
